ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We typically ship Monday-Friday and process orders within 48 hours. Occasionally, and especially during sales or promotions, order processing can take longer.
No orders are processed on weekends and U.S. holidays.
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and DHL eCommerce mail and are insured with tracking. This service also provides delivery confirmation for all of our orders.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY TIME (within the continental United States)
Once we ship your order, USPS/DHL delivery takes 2-6 business days (deliveries may take longer during sales and holiday season)
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Grapevine, TX.
Our shipping department is able to ship to street addresses and PO Boxes within the United States.
The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please be certain your address is correct regardless of your ordering process, before finalizing your order.
We cannot be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address.
MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.
USPS/DHL Delivery confirmation:
We use USPS/DHL to ship our products. All shipments have delivery confirmation which serves as proof of delivery.
We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, damaged or missing packages, or errors made by Postal service employees.
In cases described above, please contact your local post office to attempt to locate your order.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link.
If you attempt to track your package within 48 hours after it is ordered and there is no information available about your package, this is because the carrier has not scanned your package yet. When the package is scanned you will be able to see the tracking information. Please allow at least 24 hours for the carrier to scan your package. If you still do not see tracking information please email us at [email protected]
ORDER MARKED AS DELIVERED, BUT YOU DIDN'T RECEIVE IT
It is possible that USPS/DHL marked your order as delivered prematurely.
If it has been 3 business days or more since false delivery, please send us an email at [email protected] so we can take care of it.
Please be sure to double-check your address to make sure everything is up to date.
We make every effort to ship your items together. However, there are times that we may have to divide your order into multiple shipments.

Please note: when we divide an order into multiple shipments, you are not charged an additional fee. We simply divide the shipping cost provided at check out across the multiple shipments when your order is charged.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
We are not responsible for delays and/or lost merchandise due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses if they were submitted incorrectly by the customer or changes of address after the order was placed.
We always do our best to accommodate corrections, but you may need to pay for additional shipping and handling if your order has to be shipped more than once.
We aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum.
If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us within 30 days of dispatch.
If you do not contact us within this timeframe we will be unable to investigate further and no refund or replacement will be offered.
